Speaking
Conversations that move people.
I believe the most powerful conversations don't simply give us something new to think about.
They change how we see ourselves — and how we show up with one another.
For more than a decade, I've spoken, facilitated, and designed experiences for leaders and communities around the world.
During my 13 years at Google, I ultimately served as Global Head of Women’s Community, leading a community of more than 60,000 people across 52 countries and creating programs designed to help people grow, connect, and lead.
Today, I bring together leadership, psychology, emotional intelligence, storytelling, and embodiment to create experiences that are both deeply human and highly practical.

Offerings can be customized for your organization, leadership team, community, retreat, or event.
Embodied Leadership
How do we lead without disconnecting from ourselves?
An exploration of self-awareness, intuition, emotional intelligence, presence, and what becomes possible when leadership moves beyond intellect alone.
Emotional Intelligence + Authentic Connection
Tools and practices for understanding ourselves, communicating more courageously, navigating emotion, and creating stronger relationships.
Women, Power + Leadership
Exploring the internal and external forces that shape how women lead — and what becomes possible when women trust their voices, inhabit their power, and lead as themselves.
Resilience + Leading Through Change
How we navigate uncertainty, loss, transition, and reinvention while remaining connected to meaning, possibility, and one another.
From Achievement to Aliveness
For high-achieving people asking a deeper question:
Is the life I've built also a life that feels like mine?
An exploration of success, identity, purpose, embodiment, and creating a life that feels as meaningful on the inside as it looks on the outside.
Not just another presentation.
My facilitation style is warm, participatory, thoughtful, and experiential.
Depending on the setting, I weave together storytelling, research, reflection, conversation, mindfulness, movement, and practical tools.
The goal isn't simply for people to leave inspired.
It's for something to actually shift.
